The Leopard at Des Artistes and its sister restaurant Il Gattopardo both got shipments of white truffles this week. Guests can get them over risotto, with fried eggs and asparagus, on top of mashed potatoes, or shaved on pasta (dishes run from $100 to $150). Meanwhile, Esca is now offering tuna carpaccio and branzino with truffles ($50 supplement for each), as well as a dish of tagliarinni with white truffles for $100. [EaterWire]
