Chef Polo Dobkin to Open Restaurant in Dressler Space

Chef Polo Dobkin is returning to the Dressler space for a new project that's slated to open next spring. Dobkin was the chef at Dressler for seven years, but he left last fall to pursue other projects. The restaurant closed in June, and a few weeks later, its owner, Colin Devlin, committed suicide. During Dobkin's time at Dressler, the restaurant received a Michelin star four consecutive years in a row. Dobkin's wife, Stephanie Lempert, is also a partner at this new restaurant.
