Marco Moreira and Joann Makovitzky of Tocqueville and 15 East are stacking restaurants on top of restaurants at their newest spot, The Fourth. Not only are they adding the Brazilian tapas place Botequim in the basement, now they're also planning Chu Chu, a sushi spot on the roof of the Union Square Hyatt that houses The Fourth. 15 East's chef, Masato Shimizu, is at the helm, and will serve both a la carte and omakase menus.
