Bon Appetit's Matt Duckor discovers that Roman's in Fort Greene serves free late-night pizza one Wednesday per month (usually the last one). The dough comes from Austin Hall, the baker at sister operation She Wolf Bakery. Duckor writes: "It toes the line between New York and Neapolitan crust—perfectly blistered and bubbly around the edges, without the depressingly soggy center that, while authentic, I just can't get on board with."
