[Bess Adler]

After a 14-year run on Smith Street, chef Saul Bolton recently packed up his acclaimed New American restaurant Saul and moved it to spacious new digs inside the Brooklyn Museum. Saul 2.0 has 80 seats in the dining room and about 40 more on an outdoor patio. The dinner menu includes things like celery root soup, a foie gras terrine, chicken with black trumpet mushrooms, striped bass with mussels, and venison with walnut bread pudding. Saul offers an a la carte menu, plus a five-course lunch tasting menu for $60, and a seven-course dinner tasting for $85. The restaurant is now open for lunch and dinner, and brunch starts this weekend. Check out the space and the menus:
