After dropping his three-star review of The Elm, Ryan Sutton tweets: "I'd rank The Elm's pasta with clams at #2 in NYC, just behind Esca's. The trick: Liebrandt actually cooks the pasta in clam stock. KILLER." Sutton also notes that Liebrandt's burger "has more flavor than most of our city's dry-aged steaks." [Twitter]
