A lot of Australian coffee shops have been popping up around the city recently. The Wall Street Journal reports on the growing number of places to go for a flat white and vegemite toast, including Bluestone Lane, Little Collins, and Toby's Estate Coffee, which is about to expand from Brooklyn to a new location in Manhattan.
