New Shake Shack to Open in Grand Central This Weekend

New, 3 comments

Shake Shack is now just days away from its Grand Central takeover. Danny Meyer's beloved burger joint will open it's sixth Manhattan location in the lower dining concourse of Grand Central Terminal on Saturday, in the space that once house Zocalo. The new spot will have its own signature concrete flavor with malt, chocolate crunchies, chocolate toffee pieces and vanilla custard, and will be the first to serve the chain's signature Shackmeister Ale in bottles as a nod to the commuter crowd. But most noteworthy of all: the GCT outpost will have those new and improved fries, which until now have only been available at the Upper East Side location. The rest of the New York Shacks are still on their way to get those fresh-cut beauties "slowly but surely."
