Restaurateur Richie Notar is now aiming for a spring 2014 opening for his new restaurant in Harlem's iconic Lenox Lounge space. He's been forging ahead despite the ongoing legal battle between the landlord and the lounge's previous owner, and says the new place will "my answer to the New York watering hole," with lots of live jazz and maybe even some rooftop seating.
