South Street Seaport's beloved Paris Cafe will reopen for the first time since Hurricane Sandy tomorrow. The centuries-old bar has undergone a top-to-bottom restoration since it was destroyed by the storm's floodwaters, but owner Peter O'Connell is finally ready to open the doors, starting with a celebration for friends and family tonight. An employee at the bar tells Eater that it will spring back into action at 11 a.m. tomorrow.
