Here's a look inside April Bloomfield and Ken Friedman's reinvention of Tosca Café, which they opened last week in San Francisco. Aside from putting in a brand new kitchen, they've kept the century-old restaurant much the same as it was, with wood paneling, red leather banquettes, and an opera-playing jukebox. [~ESF~]
