Ken Friedman and April Bloomfield are opening their new San Francisco restaurant, Tosca Cafe, tonight. Eater SF has a peek at the menu of Italian fare. Friedman tells the San Francisco Chronicle: "We have to get it totally right...Because we're interlopers, we're coming from out of town.
