Tim Dornan, the chef de cuisine of Austin's ultra-hot Qui has just packed up and moved to New York. Dornan helped open Qui with Top Chef winner Paul Qui, but apparently has always planned on moving to the Big Apple. Stay tuned to see where this move lands him. [~EAUS~]
