Acclaimed chef James Henry is going to be cooking a series of dinners with Reynard's Sean Rembold later this month at the Wythe Hotel in Williamsburg. Henry's casual bistro Bones is the hottest restaurants in Paris right now. Before he opened this establishment in the 11th arrondissement, Henry was the driving force behind the celebrated Au Passage, also in Paris.
Henry and Rembold will cook five-course meals together on October 21, 22 and 23. The cost is $195 per person, wine pairings and service included. This is an installment of the Dinner with Friends series that Rembold and Andrew Tarlow started last winter. In the past, they've hosted Francis Mallmann, Iñaki Aizpitarte, and Chris Fischer for this series. Tickets for the dinners can be purchased online.
