The Manhattan location of Brooklyn Fare is on track for a spring opening. The new restaurant will have 65 seats, and it will serve tasting menus with about four to six courses. The dining room will be connected to a grocery, and owner Moe Issa says that "The kitchen feeling will always be there." [NYP]
