It's time to talk about steaks. Big, fat, juicy ones with crispy edges to share or eat all by yourself. For this week's Friday Open Thread, Eater wants to hear your recommendations for the best steak restaurants in New York City. Of course, there are many fine establishments in these five boroughs that are devoted to meat and meat only, but Eater also wants to hear about the great non-steakhouse restaurants that serve excellent slabs of beef.
