Orkin Confirms That Ivan Ramen Is Coming to the LES

There it is, ramen-lovers: Ivan Ramen is confirmed for the Lower East Side. The beloved ramen impresario Ivan Orkin tweeted out the news this morning, following up with by noting that he's aiming for a mid-Spring opening. Orkin had a rough go of it at the CB3 SLA committee earlier this month, but it looks like any issues have been resolved.
