Is New York ready for a ramen tasting menu? Flo Fab reports that Williamsburg's Yuji Ramen is popping-up at Whole Foods Bowery from mid-March through May with a series of five-course ramen omakase dinners. Chef Yuji Haraguchi is using his Whole Foods run to raise money to build New York's first-ever ramen omakase restaurant.
