Midtown Lunch takes a look at two of the chains on Maiden Lane that were affected by Sandy, Yushi and Hot Clay Oven. On the former, a partner in the business says that reopening was only part of the battle?unable to hook into the building's generator, the restaurant had to buy its own and shorten hours to 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and having no electricity every night means they've been using the Midtown Yushi location as a commissary to store food.
