Palombino to Open Hong Kong Location of Motorino

Mathieu Palombino sends word that he is expanding his pizzeria hit Motorino to Hong Kong. His first overseas location will open in March at 14 Shelley Street in the Soho neighborhood of the city. The chef notes: "The pizzeria will be the same as the one in the East Village with an oven build on site by Stefano Ferrara from Napoli." The project has been in the works for about a year now. Palombino will open the Williamsburg Motorino location shortly after he gets the Hong Kong branch off the ground.
