Many Red Hook businesses are still closed because of Sandy, and the Times reports that February has become the target for many for reopening. Susan Povich of Red Hook Lobster Pound hopes to reopen by Valentine's Day, which is also the target for Home/Made, though the latter is starting brunch service this weekend. [NYT]
