CLINTON HILL ? Speedy Romeo is starting a thing called the Chef Collaboration Pizza Project, where chef Justin Bazdarich will work with a different NYC chef to create a specialty. The first collab is with Tyler Kord of No. 7?it's a pizza with mussels, Brussels sprouts, fennel, Old Bay, and kaffir lime crust called the JCVD.
