Expansions

The owners of Delmonico's are opening a new location of the steakhouse in the Southampton space that formerly housed Savanna's. Restaurateur Dennis Turcinovic tells the Post: "We will keep the classic dishes and concentrate heavily on the seafood and steak — more lighter fare for the Hamptons crowd rather than the heavier dishes." He also wants to open another Manhattan location, before expanding to other markets. Delmonico's of Southampton will open in April. [NYP]
