1) Lower East Side: Los Perros Locos is a Colombian-flavored hot dog joint coming to Allen Street. It was supposed to open in October, but Bowery Boogie reports that that was delayed by Sandy (because DOB inspectors were stretched thin) but that it should open "within the next few weeks." [POST-PLYWOOD]
2) Prospect Heights: Progress is coming along at Milk River Café, a jazz club coming to 960 Atlantic Ave in Prospect Heights. Brownstoner reports that the two-floor club will fit 175 people with music on the bottom floor and events upstairs. [PLYWOOD]
3) FiDi: Midtown Lunch notices that the Goodburger on Maiden Lane is becoming a location of Clarke's Standard, the PJ Clarke's spinoff that's opening several locations across town. That Goodburger has been closed since Sandy. [PLYWOOD]
4) Midtown East: And here's another entrant on the city's frozen yogurt scene: Orange Leaf, an Oklahoma-based chain that's opening at 608 Second Ave on January 24, per Zagat. [POST-PLYWOOD]
5) Soho: Cherrywood Kitchen is coming to the former Sora Lella space at 300 Spring St in Soho, The Daily Meal learns. The chef is Nobu and Jean Georges alum Chris Cheung, who's bringing a New American menu to the space. [PLYWOOD]
6) Upper West Side: And The Daily Meal also files on Corvo Bianco, a Northern Italian restaurant originally expected to open in September but heavily delayed. It's still incoming. [PLYWOOD]
