A pair of restaurants in Daniel Boulud's empire are getting a little staff shakeup: DBGB executive chef Olivier Quignon is heading to Bar Boulud to take over as executive chef there, with Damian Sansonetti leaving the restaurant later this month. Meanwhile, Quignon is being replaced by the newly-promoted Eli Collins. No word yet on where Sansonetti will land next.
