A branding and design company called Global Point has filed a liquor license application for 66 Leonard in Tribeca. They're involved with a bunch of restaurants around the world and are looking to bring one of those concepts (it's unclear which one) to the former Matsugen space. It'll likely have a coffee shop component in addition to a restaurant and bar. [Tribeca Citizen]
