Ryan Skeen is set to open 83 & 1/2?the 10th project he's been attached to since 2008?later this month. The Upper East Side space will apparently seat around 60, with an open kitchen and a five seat chef's counter at which acolytes can properly worship at the altar of Skeen. [Food Doc]
