The owners of the Gravesend restaurant Galaxy are suing their Community Board for $10 million in Brooklyn Federal Court. The lawsuit, which also names a state senator and an assemblyman as defendants, alleges that officials ran a "smear campaign" by convincing people it was a strip club and declaring that they would only license a kosher restaurant.
