Quality Meats Team to Open Quality Italian in 2013

Michael and Alan Stillman, the father and son team behind Quality Meats, Hurricane Club, and Park Avenue, will open a 200-seat restaurant called Quality Italian in the second half of 2013. The new space, according to Flo Fab, will "complement" Quality Meats which opened in 2006, and will be located just a block away at 57 West 57th Street. A rep for the Stillmans notes that this will be a "modern interpretation of an Italian steakhouse."

AvroKo, the design firm behind Saxon + Parole, Beauty and Essex, and the Stillmans' other restaurants, is designing the new spot.
