Birdbath, the eco-minded little sister of City Bakery, is opening an Upper West Side outpost on 85th Street and Columbus in the very near future. No word on the exact date yet, but an employee at another location says it could open in Mid-October. A Turkish Bakery is also slated to open a few blocks down on 72nd and Columbus. [WSR]
