Tonight, Top Chef alum Leah Cohen returns to the NYC dining scene with the opening of Pig and Khao, her new collaboration with the Fatty Crew. The menu here is at least partially inspired by her recent travels in Southeast Asia. Some of the dishes include: quail adobo, mussels with Chinese sausage, green mango with charred chicken, and grilled pork jowl with watermelon. Pig and Khao opens tonight in the old Falai space.
