Les Halles isn't the only place getting sued for tip-skimming: the Post also reports that a group of waiters from the swank box seats at Yankees Stadium has sued the Yankees and Legends Hospitality LLC for holding onto a 20 percent "service charge" that patrons assumed was a tip. The waiters make $35 per game plus four to six percent commission. [NYP]
