Two of NYC's hottest new chefs, Matt Lightner and Andy Ricker, got their start in Portland and the Oregonian looks at what brought them to the big city. On Ricker: "Encouraged by friends in New York, [he] wanted to see if Pok Pok's Thai street food concept could take off in a bigger city."
