Prospect Heights old-timer Tom's Restaurant is opening an offshoot on the Coney Island boardwalk tomorrow. The menu at the new location will be almost identical to that at the original, with a few more seafood entrées befitting the location. It should be open nine months a year, at least initially. [ATZ]
