Hotelier Vikram Chatwal is rumored to be taking over the famed Plaza Hotel. Page Six hears that Chatwal wants to bring on Tommy Hilfiger and restaurateur Sean Largotta (The Windsor, Crown, The Lion) as partners. Presumably, this would mean a revamp of the troubled Oak Room space. Chatwal notes, "The deal will close in the next couple of weeks." [NYP]
