Here's a look around the stylish new dining room of Cesare Casella's Salumeria Rosi Upper East Side. Chef Casella hired Oscar-winning designer Dante Ferretti to create an intimate space that includes a few nods to ancient Rome (note the statues and the frescoes). Like the original Salumeria Rosi, the menu here features a long list of shareable plates, and wines by the bottle or by the glass. But the big addition here is a menu of secondi, like a pressed half chicken, pork chop, mixed seafood plate, and veal ossobuco. Salumeria Rosi UES is now open for dinner. Check out the menu:
