East Village Mediterranean restaurant Angelina Café is just about set to open at 37 Avenue A, in a space about three times the size of its former location across the street. A combination of escalating real estate taxes and a rising rent forced the move, with owner Rafik Bouzgarrou getting major help from friends and customers for the new space's build out and design.
