Tom Colicchio's new Hamptons restaurant Topping Rose House opened this past week, and Curbed Hamptons has the opening menu. It includes things like chilled tomato consommé, beet risotto, pastas, and rabbit with pickled watermelon and chanterelles. First courses range from $13 - $24 and entrees are all around $40.
