1) Williamsburg: The unnamed new restaurant from the Traif team is coming along, with construction ongoing on the bar and facade of the space on South Fourth Street. Like Traif, the new spot will have shareable plates with Asian, French, and Spanish influences. [Brownstoner]
2) West Village: Signage is up at Bao, the latest project from Michael Bao Huynh. Bao is at 26 Greenwich St., in the former Lafayette French Pastry space. It should open this fall. [JVNY]
3) FiDi: The former Todd English pet project at the Gild Hall Hotel, The Libertine, is no more. Signage is up indicating that it will be a third location of Felice, the wine bar and restaurant with two locations on the Upper East Side. The OpenTable account for The Libertine has been switched over to Felice. [EaterWire]
4) Fort Greene: Construction has begun on the new Bergen Bagels on Fulton Street. The Brooklyn mini-chain has also signed another lease in Cobble Hill, which would bring the total number of locations to four. [Brownstoner]
5) Carrol Gardens: Smith Street is getting a new Greek restaurant called Avlee, located in the former Joe's Superette space. It'll have seating inside and in the backyard. No opening date yet. [Pardon Me For Asking]
