New Weekend Hours at Pork Slope; Chefs on Pop-Ups

PARK SLOPE ? Dale Talde's hit new bar Pork Slope is getting new weekend hours. Starting tomorrow, the bar will be open from 12 p.m. to 4 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays, with the full food menu available until 2 a.m. [EaterWire]

With tickets at $125, the event is a walk-around tasting with representatives from 11 different restaurants including Talde, Red Rooster, Morimoto, and Gramercy Tavern.
