Tom Colicchio's Bridgehampton restaurant Topping Rose House will open on Saturday night, because everyone knows that all the good stuff in the Hamptons actually happens the third week of September. The menu at Topping Rose House will place an emphasis on produce from the area, including a one-acre piece of land where Tom & Co. will grow vegetables. The 22-room hotel where TRH is opening will start taking guests early next year. [Newsday]
