The website for the great Alinea/ Eleven Madison Park switch of 2012, officially called 21st Century Limited, is up and running. The excitement kicks off on September 26 when the Alinea team will serve a menu as close to their own as possible out of the EMP kitchen for five nights. Then on October 10, the EMP team will head to Chicago to do the same. The $495 tickets will go on sale soon — hopeful guests should keep an eye on the 21st Century Limited Facebook page for updates.
