We're Hiring a Video Editor and a Designer

We're looking for two new folks to join us in the Curbed office:

Video Editor: We're looking for a talented and hungry candidate to help expand our original video offerings. This person will shoot, direct, and edit videos for all three of our titles—Curbed, Eater, and Racked. For a sampling of what we're currently producing, see here and here. We aim to produce much more original video, and so this job represents an opportunity to create a large volume of quality content and help establish the company as a premier provider of online video. This is a full-time position based in our downtown NYC office. Salary is competitive and benefits include health care, a matched 401(k) and a good time. Designer: This person will help us produce original images for all three of our titles—Curbed, Eater & Racked. The ideal candidate will have the capacity to both create original illustrations and transform existing images in Photoshop. He or she will work on projects for both our editorial and business teams, creating images and collateral for news stories and features, events, and sales campaigns. This is a part-time position (10-20 hours per week), though there is the potential to grow into a full-time role in our NYC office.
