Laurent Tourondel's LT Burger, Opening This Week

Later this week, Laurent Tourondel will open the first NYC location of his new dining concept, LT Burger. The restaurant occupies a space near Bryant Park that formerly housed a bank and Nikola Tesla's laboratory. As you can see from the photos above, the LT team managed to keep many of the old timey design details intact. The restaurant's menu is similar, but not identical to the one that Tourondel created at BLT Burger before his split with former partner Jimmy Haber. This is just one of several project LT has in the pipeline: later this year he'll open Arlington Club with the Tao Team, and also BLT American Brasserie in the Cassa Hotel.
