Status: Soft Opens Tomorrow Morning
All Good Things, the artisanal market first announced back in March, will soft open tomorrow morning. Owner Kyle Wittels, who also designed the space, has brought on vendors like Blue Bottle, Blue Marble, Orwasher's Bakery, Dickson's Farmstand Meats, and Nunu Chocolates to create what Flo Fab is calling a "food court for provisions." Ryan Tate (formerly of Savoy) will run a produce and seafood stand and will also operate a restaurant on the lower level, called Le Restaurant, that is scheduled to open in October. Le Restaurant will feature a $70-$80 daily changing menu.
The big grand opening is next weekend, but most of the vendors will start serving to the public tomorrow. As a special treat, artisanal ice cream favorite Blue Marble will be giving away mini scoops to the first 50 customers on Saturday.
