FOOD FESTS — Tickets are still available for next weekend's massive outdoor meat orgy, Meatopia. The organizers of the fest just released a map of the grounds (it includes zones like "Offalwood," "Beaktown," and "Deckle District"), plus a menu of what the chefs will serve. Aaron Franklin, April Bloomfield, Pat La Frieda, Zak Pelaccio, Michael Toscano, and Marc Forgione will all be cooking at the event. Check out the full map and menu below. [EaterWire]
NOMADNESS—Is New York ready for the Nomad's brunch menu? It features breakfast dishes, a few items from the lunch and dinner menus, and a $26 sandwich version of the roast chicken. Brunch service kicks off September 8 — take a peek at the menu here, but don't stare at it for too long, or else you'll go blind. [EaterWire]
COLICCHOWIRE — Tom Colicchio talks to Grub Street about his upcoming project in the Hamptons, Topping Rose House, a restaurant and inn (he's trying "to keep all the entrees under $40"). And he's maybe working on a "web talk show on a boat." Said Colicchio: "Guests would come on and go fishing with me. I would like to take people who have never fished: You get them out on the water and they really open up." [GSNY via Eater National]
