1) Hell's Kitchen: The latest wine bar to open in Hell's Kitchen is Kilo, which Zagat reports is now open. Open nightly at 4:30 p.m., the kitchen stays open till midnight, offering a menu of small plates like gnocchi, meatballs, and salads, plus cheese and a couple of larger, shareable plates.
