Washington Heights community members are less than thrilled with the new levels of traffic and congestion in their neighborhood since La Marina, the 75,000-square-foot waterfront restaurant on Dyckman Street, opened in May. The restaurant has been attracting such a large crowd that on the weekends, traffic is often backed up all the way to the Henry Hudson Parkway exit ramp. The Parks Department is working with community leaders and the 34th precinct to develop a solution to this problem. [DNAinfo]
