Bar Veloce owner Frederick Twomey and the former employees who are suing him for labor and wage violations have signed a confidentiality agreement that states they will not talk to the press until their November 5 trial. The agreement also requires that the former employees cease what Twomey has called their "smear campaign," including a series of flyers posted around the neighborhood defaming the establishment.
