The Ritz-Carlton Central Park will open its new restaurant Auden on September 28. The space has been under extensive redesign since its former occupant BLT Market, which received a C-grade from the DOH, closed in January.
The hotel's executive chef Mark Arnao will run the kitchen and will offer an upscale American menu for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Arnao will also place an emphasis on local produce from various Hudson Valley farms.
